What are the licensing terms for the DVD training packages?

These DVDs are licensed for individual home or office viewing only. They are not authorized for any other use. Any group performance, public performance, copying, or other use is strictly prohibited. Duplication in whole or in part of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Will the DVDs work with my player?

These DVD-R disks have been thoroughly tested in several DVD players, and will work with any player that supports playback of DVD-R media. You do not need a PC or access to an IBM iserver to play the DVDs.

(To play the DVD disks on a PC, you will need a compatible DVD drive and appropriate DVD playback software. This software is not provided with these DVDs.)

Do I need access to an IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) server?

No. You may view the DVDs without access to IBM i. If you wish to do the lab exercises, you will need access to an IBM i server, we can recommend a free service that will give you an account.

Do you include any printed or downloadable documents to complement the videos?

Yes. The presentations include downloadable PDF handouts and an IBM i library that you may restore to your server.

Will the DVDs work in Europe (or elsewhere outside the US)?

These DVDs are recorded with NTSC formatting, and will work with DVD players sold throughout the world (including countries which use PAL formatting).

What is your return policy?

We'll be happy to replace damaged goods if you notify us of any damage upon delivery.

With prior authorization, we'll accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The package must be in its original resalable condition. Return shipping must be prepaid. Shipping and credit card costs cannot be refunded.

Postal regulations require that opened mail to be returned must be in a new wrapper with a correct address and new postage. Refer to the USPS Domestic Mail Manual for more information. Packages marked "Refused," or returned without a valid RMA number on the outside of the package cannot be refunded.
